County Planning Department Regulations

Most of the properties in California Pines are zoned by the County of Modoc as "Residential High-Density" (RH).  The handout below shows the basic regulations relating to this zone, however all California Pines properties are also subject to the CC&Rs, also known as "Development Restrictions", that have been recorded with the County Recorder.  Please see the "CC&R" tab for copies of these restrictions.
